The purpose of this action item is to establish a standard label to be affixed to any document <br />presented at council meetings by council members. <br /> <br />2. Background. At the June 26th council meeting Council Member Benson provided documents to the <br />audience. Other council members expressed concern over this action. Council then voted to direct staff <br />to develop a label that will be added to documents presented at council meetings by council members. <br /> <br />3. Draft Label. The following document(s) were prepared by council member ____________ in their <br />individual capacity. The document(s) have not been reviewed or approved by the Orono City Council or <br />City Staff. The representations contained in the documents represent the individual views of council <br />member _________. <br /> <br />5. Staff Recommendation.
