<br />Eric is also a Registered Architect in Minnesota and has been a part of our firm since 2005. He is a
<br />senior architect with extensive experience in designing municipal, commercial, hospitality, institutional,
<br />retail, and residential buildings. Eric has worked on new constructions, renovations, and remodels.
<br />His responsibilities include schematic design, master planning, project coordination, client and public
<br />interaction, construction documents, and administration. He is also proficient in 3D modeling and
<br />rendering programs, which he uses to illustrate the design’s intent to clients and the public.

<br />Brenda joined Oertel Architects in 2003 and is an interior designer, marketing coordinator, and office
<br />manager for our firm. She has worked on virtually every project that has come through the office.
<br />Brenda’s work includes assembling proposals and qualifications packages for potential projects, drawing
<br />up contracts, space planning, architectural drawings, creating finish schedules and plans, interior and
<br />exterior finish selections, furniture selection, and creating presentation boards. She is skilled in InDesign, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
