Jay Nygard requests an appeal of the fence viewer’s decision that the fence adjacent to his <br />property is not a partition fence. <br /> <br />Background. At the August 10 City Council meeting, the Council heard the appeal of the Fence viewers <br />decision stating that a fence on Peter Lanpher’s property was not a partition fence and thus not subject <br />to Minn. Stat. 344 . At that meeting, Mr. Nygard presented information that was not included in the <br />informational packet, and the Council asked for time to review this new information.
