The holder must obey all of the laws and ordinances of <br />the United States, State of Minnesota, County of Hennepin, and City of Orono in the use of this <br />permit. The permit may be revoked at any time by the City of Orono by notifying the holder in <br />accordance with the ordinance granting the permit.
