REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />DATE: August 24, 2015 <br /> <br />ITEM NO: 6 <br /> <br />Department Approval: Administrator Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Name Diane Tiegs RJO Licenses <br />Title City Clerk <br /> <br />Item Description: Game Animals Limited Use Permit and Annual Limited Firearms Use Permit <br /> <br /> <br />Three Rivers Park District has applied for a Game Animals Limited Use Permit to bow hunt deer on <br />property owned by Hennepin Parks – Baker Park Reserve on October 2 through 4th and October 30th <br />through November 1, 2015. <br /> <br />The Park Gun Club has applied for their Annual Limited Firearms Use Permit for trap shooting. This <br />permit is valid from September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2016. <br /> <br />All the required paperwork has been submitted and approved by the Orono Police Department. <br /> <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br />Staff’s recommendation is for Council to consider a motion to approve the limited use permits for <br />Three Rivers Park District and the Park Gun Club.
