Average Lakeshore Setback Variance <br />To build the requested deck size, we are requesting a variance to the average Lakeshore setback. <br />The requested deck would not impede the views of our neighbors on either side. <br />On the north side, Terry and Suzanne Johnson's current view at 543 Park Lane is as follows: <br />View straight from house (West) <br />View from house toward proposed deck area. Note that the deck (roped area) is barely visible and does <br />not obstruct the view of the lake through the trees. <br />
