They are requesting an average lakeshore setback variance to construct a 14'x 32.5' deck off <br />of the main level of the home with a stair to grade over the patio. <br />Practical Difficulties Analysis <br />Applicant Submittal Information: The applicant has identified the existing conditions as practical <br />difficulties supporting the requested variance.
