Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ___, THIRD SERIES <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORONO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />BY AMENDING SECTION 86-70 <br />REGARDING EXPIRATION OF BUILDING PERMITS <br /> <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 86-70 of the City of Orono Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />by adding and deleting text within Sections 86-70(a, b, and c) follows: <br /> “Sec. 86-70.
