I would suggest using the LMCD <br />standard of 50' per one boat, limit one slip per dock for Lots 1 & 2. <br />The lagoon is navigable and has been for many years but granting approva <br />of this should not constitute, in addition, the granting of a vested <br />property right to redredge this channel. This must be made clear to <br />the applicant. <br />Staff Recommendation; <br />To recommend approval of the lot line rearrangement subdivision applicat <br />of Edward Lehman finding that the current proposal provides more total <br />area but that Lot 3 of the current application would still require <br />approval of setback variances based on the location of the lagoon and <br />the depth of the lot.
