Kloss, the subdivider; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has been found to meet all the standards <br />of the LR-IC Zoning District finding that each newly created lot is of a <br />size and configuration that will allow its use as a single family residence <br />to be located without the need of any variances; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has completed all requirements of the <br />platting regulations of the City, including: <br />1. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of right of way for a public road <br />shown as Northern Avenue. <br />3. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount <br />of $880.00. <br />4.Payment to the City for the legal review and recording of <br />the plat and all documents related thereto in the amount <br />of $75.00. <br />NOV7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Southview Estates, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br />1.At the time a building permit is issued for Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, <br />Southview Estates the following fees must be paid: <br />Lot 2, Block 1 = $290.00, 1/2 water unit <br />Lot 3, Block 1 =s $290.00, 1/2 water unit <br />2. Access to Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Southview Estates must be <br />from Northern Avenue. <br />3.
