The lot still requires variances <br />even for an average sized house. Lehman's proposal is for a modest size <br />home that meets the previous approved setbacks. <br />Note on Exhibit F, that the applicant proposes a deck along the lagoon. <br />In my outline of the house within the building envelope, the deck area <br />was not included because the main structure just made the approved setback <br />limits. The deck should be located on the south side of the house. <br />Staff recommendations; <br />To approve Edward T.
