Motion, Ayes (6) <br />Nays (0), <br />Rex Kessler appeared to answer questions <br />regarding his application for a garage <br />setback variance. Members in a prior <br />meeting had asked for a survey showing <br />present and proposed structures. Mr. <br />Rcssler stated the cost of a survey <br />prohibited him from using such a procedure, <br />ho presented a more detailed sketch of <br />present and proposed structures made by <br />himself. He v/as again cautioned on the <br />inherent danger of constructing close to <br />property linos without a survey. Nicholls <br />was of the opinion that tnis was a legal <br />matter between he and the adjacent neighbor <br />and should not influence a decision. <br />Van Nest moved, Searles seconded, approval <br />should be recommended conditioned o«;: <br />1, Not less than 4* from the side lot line. <br />2. Not less’than 4* from the road casement <br />V line. <br />3, Not less than 10* from the residence. <br />.lotion.
