Conservation easenents, variances, drainage <br />requirements and dockage rights should be <br />investigated by the Planning Commission. <br />UBDIVISION <br />Forest Arms <br />(Continued) <br />Planning Commission - March 27, 1978 <br />Sue Dongoske and Robert Dongoske were both present. <br />The Planning Commission suggested the applicant draft <br />a developers* agreement for review by City staff <br />and Council. They also instructed the applicant <br />prepare and submit plans and specifications on the <br />proposed street. <br />The Planning Commission suggested the Council review <br />the proposal at the next meeting. They also recom­ <br />mended no building permits be issued until developers* <br />agreement and street specifications and plans be <br />approved and accepted by City staff and Council. <br />The Planning Commission also requested more data <br />and documentation before determining status of <br />riparian rights and docks for lots located on <br />previously dredged channel. <br />Council Meeting - March 30, 1978 <br />Robert £ Sue Dongoske were present to discuss their <br />division commenting that they will have their engineers <br />complete a survey of the division, a developers* <br />agreement, review lot rearrcuigements, and will return <br />to the Planning Commission to present further data* <br />determining dock status and riparian rights for the <br />lots in question. <br />Mayor Van Nest requested staff to review park dedication <br />fees and recommendations on payment of these fees and <br />also to review all other pertinent data. <br />Mayor Van Nest moved, Massengale. seconded, to table <br />the request of the Forest Arms Subdivision for Carol <br />Sue Dongoske until all data is complete.
