Per LMCD 3.021 Subdiv. 3 requires <br />a minimum setback of 20’ when a slip opens out to a side property line. <br />The channel is 66 feet wide on the north edge and an 85 feet width at the <br />opening of the channel. <br />'.•?i <br />I'--. <br />m <br />ia <br />V- • V M: <br />In 1980. the owner of lo^ 5, Arne Carlson (see plat mat) applied for a <br />building permit to construct a dock on the channel that abutts his property. <br />Council approved a permit for Carlson, (see Exhibit K) and directed the <br />Orono staff to continue to require separate reviews for each owner of a <br />channel lot who seeks a building permit for a dock. <br />.Qnh(^ 4- structures Not to Obstruct.
