The excavation for the new garage <br />into the steep bank will require a retaining wall along the east, north,, <br />ana south side of the garage. The proposed concrete slab will not <br />® hardcover problem; although, the proposed level of use is <br />right now at the allowed hardcover limit of 2490 sq. ft.
