This is the gravelled parking area along <br />County Road 15 (Shoreline Drive) and Brown's Bay, near the inter­ <br />section with Orono Orchard Road. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend and participate at <br />8:00 P. M. on Monday, March 21, 1983, in the Council Chambers at <br />1275 Brown Road South. This will be a continuation of the hearina <br />first opened on February 7, 1983. ^ <br />Adjacent landowners Willi€un Gregory and David Duff have applied <br />to the City for a lot-line rearrangement subdivision of their <br />they have also asked for vacation or abandonment of <br />public interest in all, or a portion, of the Molly's Corner area <br />including both the parking area and the shoulder of the road alonq <br />Brown's Bay, which area is described as follows: <br />That part of Government Lot 4, Section 2, <br />Township 117 North, Range 23 West formerly <br />known as "Brackett Avenue" in the 1887 plat <br />of "Orono", except for portions thereof within <br />the right of way of County Road No. 15. <br />The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public <br />exist and changes that may be needed or <br />I f; After the hearing, the City Council will be deciding <br />include- ' action is to be taken.
