It would lilely require <br />some gerrymander1nq to maintain the same lot sizes. <br />Is it realistic to expect that a new house and presumiably new garage <br />could be constructed, with sidewall:s and driveways, etc. in 2275 s.f. or <br />less? This would be a sever€?lv restricted lot. <br />Should there be a shared access? Would the County issue an additional <br />access permit? <br />Tl»ere is only a singio sewer stub serving the two propertif <br />the LR-in district north oi Uawarro Heights, 47’/. ot the e;:isting <br />building sites are 0.40 acre or smaller. 267. are less then 0. 5o acre. <br />Any recommendation for approval or denial should address the specific <br />character1stics of each lot. Therefore, a lot line rearrangement is <br />recommended, the parameters under wliich approval would be given should be <br />clearly spelled uut.
