(Per Exhibit D) . Hardcover to be added in the deck <br />is approximately 324 s.f. or about 3V.. Per Exhibit E, applicant <br />proposes tn reduce portions of the existing gravel driveway apron <br />and plant flowers, etc. in wjhat appears to be roughly c^n <br />equivalent amount to the proposed deck, for no net increase in <br />tu^rdcDver. <br />Applicant's hardship is that the garage is located to the <br />rear of the house, requiring an unusually long driveway which <br />constitutes 1arge amounts of hardcover.
