The triangle was platted <br />in 1887 as "Saga Hi 1 1 F4.trl; ' and has been privately ownc*d L'V the <br />Howells' since at leait 1939, per Exhibit F. <br />A number of tacts to note are apparent from the survey and <br />from our records: <br />1. The lot area of the original platted "Sarja Hill Park*' is <br />34,8i>u s.f. or 0.80 acres. <br />2. At some previous date, additional right-of-way for county <br />road 19 was taken, reducing tt.e area to 31,200 s.f. or 0.72 <br />actes . <br />3. "Lafayette Avenue" is an existing tra.c-led roadway which does <br />not follow it's platted right-of-way , but encroaches into the <br />nor t Iteast corner of Saga Hill Pari . <br />4. Tlieri' is an existing cabiri on the propt-rty. <br />5. There are at least two sewer stubs serving the property. The <br />existing cabin is apparently not connected to sower. <br />6. The property has been assessed for a single sewer unit and <br />footage* charge totaling 1^2,186.50. The T225.00 plant unit charge <br />rental ns to be paid. <br />7. City sewer lines are located within the boundarios of the <br />property (easenionts maybe nr-eded). <br />8.
