The County was advised of <br />the ns-ed I.0 meet Uie 2 acre area standard of the PR-IB coninq <br />district. The access road has been designated as an outlot. The <br />previous unapproved divisions c»f the 70 + acre propc?rty arc now <br />shown on the plat as Lot 2 and Outlot P. <br />There are no designated wetJarids within l.c»t 1. The wetlands <br />in Lot 2 and Outlot B wi 1 1 be designated and dedicated to the <br />public in future plats. <br />Revitw Exhibit B, the road outlot aligns with tlie driveway <br />access of the Oroiio Middle School parl;ing lot.
