Impacts . Fully funding both preventive maintenance and reconstruction as in table (a) above allows <br />the city to realize it Pavement Management Plan. Executing table (c) will <br />result in the city not realizing the goals set forth in the pavement management plan without significant <br />funding requirements in the out years. <br /> <br />Request: <br />Discussion and direction on how to provide reliable funding for the City’s streets as part of the 2016 and <br />beyond budget processes.
