Gaffron, Assistant Zoning Administrator
DATE:August S, 1984
SUBJECT: #851 Richard Stueland & Ramona Barbeau# 4080 Bayside Road
Variance
Zoning District - RR-IA - 5 acre
Application - Construct a detached garage less than 100* from front
property line.
List of Exhibits
Exhibit A
Exhibit B
Exhibit C
Exhibit D
Exhibit E
Application
Plat Map
Property Owners List
Survey
Topography and Sketch
This is a request to construct a detached garage approximately 55' from
the front property line in the RR-IA zoning district where a 100*
setback is required. There is an obvious hardship due to
topography and location of the existing house and driveway» forcing
the proposed garage to be nearer the road chan the house and requiring
the variance to Section 10.03, Subdivision 9 (D) and 10.27 Subdivision
5 (B).
Applicants sketch also indicates garage is to be located 5* from the
main structure rather than the 10* required, requiring a variance to
10.03, Subdivision 12. From a fire safety standpoint, staff would
prefer keeping this 10* setback and moving garage closer to the road.
Would applicant have a problem with this?
Staff recommends approval of the street setback variances and
recommends applicant be required to keep the 10* structure-*to-
structure setback.
i
f. ■.
i
. ■ 1
m
\i
CITY OF 01
••
VARIANCE i
PROPERTY :
Site .
Prope
Pleas
Pleas
surve
APPLICANT
Name '
Maili
OWNER
Name
Maili
Date
I (do
PRESENT U
Prese
Prese
DESCRIPTI
Descr
VARIANCES
Setba
Other
