Applicant also states <br />that the residential neighbors to the north are in favor of his <br />proposal, but he has not submitted letters or written confirmation of <br />this. <br />¥ou have various options: <br />1. Approve the variance based on the applicants <br />stated hardship. <br />2. Deny the variance finding that applicant could meet the <br />setback but has not demonstrated an acceptable <br />hardship. <br />3.
