The Council • s approval included a number <br />of stipulations: <br />1. The owner conveying to the City a quit-claim deed for road right- <br />of-way purposes over, under, and across the north 18* of the property <br />prior to building permit issuance. This was completed and recorded on <br />February 14, 1983, per document #1502246. <br />2. All buildings to be located within the building envelope shown on <br />the attached sketch (Exhibit D). <br />3. Maximum hardcover on the lot to be 4,227 sf or less includinq <br />buildings,» driveways, patios, decks, etc. <br />4. No current or future variances granted for any other performance <br />standards requirements. <br />5. Payment of standard building permit fees including SAC and Park <br />Dedication Fee at the time the permit is issued. <br />6. Payment of $1,081.45 sewer hookup charge with building permit <br />(amount to be confirmed by staff). ^ <br />7.
