His existing house IS located predominately on Lot 17, with a small portion extending into Lot 16. The total dry area of the two lots together is 54,300 sf or 1.25 acres. The survey (Exhibit D) shows that the 10’ setback from the existing structure is maintained, and designates a building envelope roughly 50 X 65 meeting all required setbacks. The Council indicated no variances other than lot area and Width would be allowed with this application.
