Lot’16 was purchased separately by Mr. Smiley - 3 <br />years after he purchased Lot 17. The lots have been <br />taxed separately. <br />6. To permit construction of a residence on Lot 16 <br />meeting all standards of the Orono Zoning Code will not <br />present any danger to the public health, safety and <br />welfare. <br />Approval, is based on the following conditions: <br />1. Provide utility easement in favor of Lot 17 upon <br />transfer or sale of Lot 16. <br />3. All improvements to Lot 16 are subject to the <br />performance standards that govern development of <br />lakeshore properties. <br />4. The City will approve no additional variance with <br />this application. <br />5. Applicant to time the building schedule with the <br />upgrading of Lift Station 7. <br />6.
