This application is regarding cancellation of a variance resolution which is no longer <br />necessary. <br /> <br />2. Background/ Summary. The Oares (2967 Casco Point Road) and Abbotts (2941 Casco Point Road) <br />collectively own the subject property at 2965 Casco Point Road which is situated between the above <br />referenced properties. Their intent is to split the subject the property between the parties and enlarge each <br />of their properties. <br /> <br />Due to the absorption of the subject property into the two adjacent properties, the variances granted in <br />2010 are no longer necessary or applicable due to the changes in the property lines and use of the <br />property. Resolution 5918 exists as a cloud on the title of the subject property. As a result, the owners <br />have requested the City terminate Resolution 5918 in order to facilitate a clean title for property <br />registration. <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation.
