Per <br />Section 10.03, Subdivision 5(F), if the non-conforming/commercial use of <br />the property is not reopened by August 7, 1984, the property must revert <br />back to residential use. <br />Please review Resolution 1377 and the original conditional use permit of <br />1967 approved for the property. The proposed new ownership and the <br />change in use proposed for the commercial operation require a new <br />conditional use permit. <br />Review the applicant's addendum to the application. The types of items/ <br />produce, etc. appear consistent with the types of merchandise sold by <br />Echowinds and approved in Resolution 1377.
