What standards are to be employed in this review? •..•100 percent of lot standards because this is primarily a subdivision application... .or now that ownership considerations are not valid (legal combination is a legal instrument defining ownership) in the review of lot width variance applications for substandard lots of record, can we use the same performance standards for substandard lots of common ownership. Council advised staff that in the review of applications seeking the division of legally combined lots, the Planning Commission was indeed involved in a subdivision review and was to follow the usual review procedures for all subdivisions. The applicant was present and advised Council of his position. Council reviewed their position for the applicant oiid further advised him to prepare a written statement listing all pertinent facts about his property to assist in the review of his current application. Ericson asked that his application be tabled at the Planning Commission meeting of March 19, 1984, because he would be out of town. Council also directed staff to prepare the necessary findings for denial of the Ericson application for presentation at the April 16, 1984 meeting. m ■■■ :'H' City of Or
