Gaffron, Assistant Zoning Administrator <br />^^825 - Gerald Robinson - 4401 Wayzata Boulevard - Sketch <br />Plan - Septic and Wetland Reviews <br />The proposed division contains Kilkenny loam, Hayden loam, Lerdal <br />loam, Cordova silty clay loam, Erin loam, Hamel loam and Peaty muck <br />soils, in addition to large areas of marsh. <br />Marsh, Peaty muck, Hamel and Cordova are generally not suited to <br />septic systems. Kilkenny, Erin, Hayden, and Lerdal on occasion <br />can support a standard trench system, but often require mounds. <br />If you will look at the Designated Wetland Maps, applicant's Parcel C <br />contains an extensive wetland area which has not been shown on the <br />survey submitted. If this wetland exists, it decreases the available <br />area required for subdivision in this five-acre dry—buildable zone (See attached maps) <br />Commission determines that a subdivision to create substandard <br />^ considered, I recommend that septic testing to locate primary <br />and alternate sites be completed prior to final approval. <br />(A * . * <br />r; <br />m
