Upon vacation, applicants to execute an underlying <br />road and utilities easement granting special rights <br />and use to City. <br />Upon vacation, applicants must combine vacated <br />portion of Brook Street with homestead lot (lots 1 <br />and 2, block 3 Bayside Addition to Lake Minnetonka). <br />JAM:jl
