Council may condition subdivision approval by limiting access <br />to future lots via interior plat roads. Based on the current proposal, <br />the unnamed north/south road of 300'+ would serve as the only access <br />for future development of the northeast portions of the property. <br />Your letter of February 17, 1984, does confirm that addtional septic <br />1+ 2. Block 3 will be <br />tosubmitted by Gary Gabriel.
