Staff has confirmed that this area is <br />adequate to handle all future septic and building <br />expansion needs. To ask for an addition of 1 acre <br />would be a financial burden for the Dunns and <br />require needless charity on the part of the <br />applleant. <br />Goetten moved, Sime seconded, to approve the lot <br />area and lot width variance application of Ski <br />Tonka, Inc.subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Filing of a lot line rearrangement <br />subdivision with the City, creating a 49' X 238' <br />parcel to be combined with the property located at <br />4740 Bayside Road, this subdivision and <br />combination will now bring the property up to 1.3 <br />acres. <br />2. Access to the larger parcel shall be via <br />McCulley Road. <br />3. The owners of the subject properties as a <br />condition of that subdivision must quit claim <br />deed 33' of right of way to Henneoin Countv. <br />Hjahwav Department. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) <br />Mr. Bob Skinner was present regarding his <br />conditional use permit.
