ADC, Fox Street at Old Crystal Day Road <br />Purpose: Dredging in protected wetland 863-W to create a wildlife habitat. <br />At the regularly scheduled January 19, 1983 meeting of the Board of Managers, <br />the subject permit application was reviewed along with the following exhibits. <br />1. Permit application received January 5, 1984. <br />2. Site Plan prepared by Landplan, Inc., dated ^tober 11, 1983 <br />3. Letter from the District dated December 21, 1983. <br />After lengthy discussion, the Board granted a variance to district rules <br />allowing the disposal of spoils material within the wetland area on the basis <br />that the project would have an insignificant impact on water quality and <br />stormwater storage. <br />The Board approved the permit application with the followng condition: <br />1. All disturbed areas, as a result of the dredging operation, will be <br />seeded and mulched upon completion of the project. <br />This document is your permit from the MCWD. It is valid for one (J) ^ <br />construction is not complete within one (1) year, an extension must be <br />requested. Please contact the District at 473-4224 when the project is about <br />to coirmence so an inspector may view the work in progress. <br />EUGENE A.
