The following members were present; Chairmadam Goetten, Adams, Kelley, McDonald and Rovegno. Zoning <br />Administrator Mabusth represented the City Staff. <br />Council Representative Frahm was present. City <br />Engineer Cook arrived at 9:00 p.m. <br />Chairperson Goetten announced that now was the time and <br />place for the public hearing concerning the proposed <br />rezoning, subdivision and conditional use permit for <br />the Painters Creek Development Corporation. Zoning <br />Administrator Mabusth noted the certificate of <br />mailing and the affidavit of publication. <br />Ron Bastyr, Planner for the Painters Creek Development <br />Corporation, and Jeff Martineau, Realtor, were <br />present. The following neighbors were present: <br />Steve White of 4245 Bayside Road, Glen Neddermeyer of <br />707 Minnetonka Highlands, David Dunn of 4740 Bayside, <br />Lucy Yogerst of 4740 Bayside Road, Romonah Barbeau of <br />4080 Bayside Road, Rick Stueland of 4080 Bayside Road, <br />Bonnie and Jerry Kelley of 4495 Bayside Road, Fred <br />Poison of 4010 Bayside Road, Bob and Bonnie Cuff of <br />4660 Bayside Road, Bob and Margaret Olson of 4645 <br />Bayside Road, Bernard Hames of 4455 Bayside Road, J.M. <br />Fritzler of 4385 Chippewa Lane, Peter and Chris Achey <br />of 4720 Bayside Road, Kenneth Brooks of 4465 Bayside <br />Road, and Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Carlson of 4565 Bayside <br />Road. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth noted that the subject <br />property is a 72 acre parcel; 6 acres of wetlands. <br />Mabusth noted that applicant is proposing a 20 unit PRD <br />subdivision. Mabusth noted that it is currently <br />zoned 5 acres and the applicant is proposing 2 acre <br />rezoning with the current plan showing 3.3 unit <br />density. Mabusth noted that it is a Planned <br />Residential Development (PRD). <br />Fred Poisson of 4010 Bayside Road asked how many lots <br />could be built on right now with the current standards <br />without the proposed rezoning. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that with the <br />current 5 acre zoning they would be allowed 13 units. <br />i, ■- •• '.W: L4
