The construction has already taken place, without <br />permits, and a stop-work order is in effect. <br />VirtuaUy 100% of the dry lot area lies within 75' of the lakeshore, hence <br />^ hardcover is allowed as per 34.202. The applicant has represented the <br />dry lot area as 22,811 sq. ft. and the existing house as 2,600 sq. ft. <br />The applicant has not considered the gravel driveway in his hardcover* <br />calculation, and staff estimates the driveway and gravel parking areas as <br />approximately 3,000 sq. ft.
