Location of existing abutting lakeshore houses within 0-75* <br />setback area - limiting lake view of proposed house. <br />2. No adjacent land available. <br />3* Proposed plan cuts down on land to be disturbed on property. <br />4. The proposed application has been approved by Council in 1979 and <br />1981 - same codes were in effect. <br />Such approval is based on the following conditions: <br />1. Open deck must meet the 75' setback from lakeshore. <br />2. Applicant limited to 2253 square feet of hardcover. <br />3.
