Olson <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator <br />City of Orono <br />Post Office Box 66 <br />Crystal Bayr Minnesota 55323 <br />Re: State v Robert Solie <br />Dear Al: <br />I spoke yesterday with the Clerk of Hennepin County <br />Municipal Court at Wayzata regarding the status of the Solie <br />prosecution. The Clerk advised me that the Court was waiting <br />for me to make a motion to dismiss the charge. The matter had <br />been set for a reappearance on December 1, 1976. <br />I advised the Court that the city was still waiting for <br />further information from Mr. Solie and therefore had been un­ <br />able to act upon his request. Accordinglyr I requested the <br />Court to reset the matter for January 1, 1977. Please advise <br />me as soon as a decision has been made on this matter so that <br />I can similarly clear up the proceeding with the Clerk of <br />Hennepin County Municipal Court. <br />Also, I am enclosing for your reference a copy of the <br />Prosecution Summary reflecting the disposition of the Richard <br />Primus charges. As you can see, he has entered pleas of guilty <br />and has been fined on his conviction.
