Hartnett - 4201 North Shore Drive <br />Variance - Addition Above Existing Garage on Non-Cv^forming <br />Lot and Structure <br />The attached garage on the house located on this lot is now set back only 6 feet <br />from the southeast lot line. <br />The Applicant is requesting approval for a second story addition above the exist <br />ing garage. Tae proposal includes extending the proposed second floor addition <br />1 foot beyond the southeast wall of the existing garage. This would result in <br />a 5' side yard setback on this side. <br />In all this proposal would require three variances: (1) Lot Area - 20,464 sq. <br />ft., (2) Lot Width - 75r and (3) Side Yard Setback - 5'. <br />vt'J <br />‘i <br />j__
