I-totion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />James Sidwell, 1375 Park Drive, was present to <br />discuss his request for a subdivision to divide <br />his property into two lots. His neighbor, <br />Wayne Peterson, was also present. The Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing on June 8, 1976 <br />and recommended approval of the subdivision. <br />Welsh moved, Massengale seconded, to deny the <br />request for the subdivision for James Sidwell, <br />1375 Park Drive. Motion, Ayes (2) - Nays (3). <br />Mayor Searles, CounciImembers Butler and* Paurus <br />voting Nay. Motion failed. <br />Discussion followed. <br />Butler moved, Searles seconded, to approve the <br />subdivision for James Sidwell, 1375 Park Drive, <br />per the Planning Commission recommendations, <br />subject to the engineer approving the drainage, <br />placement of house, and payment of park dedication <br />fee. Jlr.
