Sidwell; <br />NOIV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLW.D, that the City Comcil of tlie City of <br />Orono hereby approws the plat for the SITUVHLL ADDITION, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota, sii>ject to the following: <br />1. Receipt of the Park Dedication Fee of $2,000.00. <br />2. Approval of the City Engineer on the drainage • <br />and house location. <br />This resolution will expire on July 1, 1977, if the aforesaid sub­ <br />division plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Register of Deeds. <br />In that event, it will be necessary to file a n&v application with the City of <br />Orono for subdivision approval. <br />Dated this dav of , 1977. <br />William B.
