It would also require a lot width variance for this addition on to the <br />223 ft. substandard lot. <br />Ihe proposed location would also require a variance for the setback from the north <br />proper^ line. The enclosed sketch shows the proposed location to be only 20* <br />from the north lot line and 150* is required. A variance of 130* would be necessary <br />on this. <br />I am enclosing copies of letters of no objection to the conditional use on <br />variances from the nei^ibors on either side of the Westman property. <br />This proposal includes erection of a fence 5' in from tlie property line to prevent <br />the ariimals from damaging any foilage on the neighbor's properties. <br />1
