This is one acre parcel in the Mark I Plat. Mr. Baldwin wants to
determine whether this would be a buildable site as some other party has shown
an interest in purdiasing all the other lots including the access outlet.
. f
. i
It is my understanding that the purchaser of all the other lots would use this
property as one building site. I have no written confirmation of this, however.
If the net result were to be only 2 building sites we could resolve the existing
problem of 7 substandard lots (the one subject substandard lot and the second
Lot which would meet the 5 acre adninum area).
:*. v .jv
We could improve on this proposal if we could conbine lots 2 and 3 of Block 1 as
one building site and let the remaining four lots of Block 1, lot 1 of Block 2,
and the outlot as the second building site.
' ^'1-
r • 4 w ♦
if-
Before we consider approval of the necessary variances for Lot 3, Block 2 of
this sibdivision, we should obtain a definite coamitment that all the other lots
will be combined as one site so we would eliminate the possibility of future
requests for variances on the other lots of the plat.
s'"'"Rearrangement of existing lots to meet code requireii^nts could also be considered
''-Vv- t» -I
>■
i. ^'
?.
* *
■■ ■^ ' A'
• . ^ f. *- ’■
ir
i
t *.
f
> J
'T'- ’t'-. •
■■
■m
3
' Hfy
.■ X.
' t A*
^. 1 i ■ ^ k
>
r J'i :f
