Several people in attendance had some questions as to <br />properties being considered for rezoning. Subject properties were pointed out. <br />Other than these questions, there was no objection from the floor regarding the <br />rezoning of those properties ori ijte zming amendment proposal to include the <br />B-5 (limited business) zoning district. <br />Planning Commission recoinnended adoption of the amendment and rezoning subject <br />properties from LR-lC-1 (Residential) to B-5. <br />The Planning Cownission to-*-rr.A. other possible zoning changes in the Navarre <br />area. Decision was to rec^K^’Sjxd to Council that the Village rezone all properties <br />as designated on colored irap <?7 Navarre with the excepticai of the Martin Texaco <br />property.
