B-1# B-2 and B-4; Size. Within the "B-l", and "B-4" Districts, the aggregate square footage of sign sosce per lot shall not exceed the sum of one (1) sauare foot for each front foot of building, plus one square foot for each front foot of lot not occupied by a building.
