Since T first saw <br />this, I have not been able to contact the Mondale's as to \diat their plans night <br />be concerning the existing tuck-undcr garage. If their plans include renovating <br />the existing parage area as additional living quarters or recreation room, 1 see <br />no bip problem here. <br />All setback requirements v;ill be met, and there is no additional land available <br />to increase cither tlie lot width or area.
