Few modifications have been made. Ihe Con?)rehensive <br />Sewer Plan has been submitted to the Metropolitan Waste Control <br />and a meeting is scheduled with them for later this week. The <br />Public Hearing on this matter will be held on November 10, 1976, <br />at the Freshwater Biological Institute. <br />The Zoning Administrator explained that a Public Hearing has <br />been scheduled for November 15, 1976, at 7:45 p.m. concerning <br />the rezoning in Navarre resulting from the settlement of the <br />law suit. Final action is to be completed by November 29, <br />1976. Member Van Nest pointed out the additional area in <br />Navarre to be considered for rezoning also. The Planning <br />Comnission is requesting that Council study this additional <br />property to be rezoned for their input as to what is reason­ <br />able to rezone. The Planning Commission is in favor of this <br />rezoning. <br />The Planning Commission went into work sessions on David <br />Butler, Warren Ortenblad, Edwin Kuglin and Curt Jenson. <br />The Planning Commission received a copy of the letter Mrs. <br />Watson sent to Dick Benson requesting that she be considered <br />for an opening on the Planning Commission. Chairwoman Dunlap <br />infoimed the Commission that she knew this woman personally <br />and felt she was a conscientious person. <br />Van Nest moved.
