Mr. DeSplinter <br />r^uested that the Planning Commission give him a future <br />tune limit to submit necessary infoimation • The Comnission <br />informed the new applicant that he should provide information <br />on the proposed driveway and what he intended to build, and <br />to also provide a survey. Hake moved, Guthrie seconded, to <br />table this matter to allow the applicant to submit the necessary <br />• « requested at the Septenfcer 9, 1976, meeting. They <br />resubmitt^ tlie original subdivision proposal after having <br />the Planning Commission Members visit the site again. <br />Mr. Ryan had studied the area again and feels that the only <br />acceptable way to subdivide is with two lakeshore lots. <br />Any other way would interfere with his driveway and garage. <br />Some members felt that the lot lines could be arranged to <br />meet the lot width requirement at the building line. After <br />a brief discussion, Pesek moved. Necessary" information <br />would be stbmitted at the next meeting. Hannah moved, <br />^thrie seconded, to table this application until the <br />November 1, 1976, meeting.
