Lehman's moving m of a new home without the <br />subdivision subject to a future subdivision. I am enclosing copies of the <br />Planning Commission minutes of July 14, 1975, for reference. IVe also approved some filling and grading. approvea <br />nortiiem half of this property is zoned LlMC-1. 'fhis zoning provides for <br />is^oncd^l parcels. Tlie southern half of the property <br />Parcels A, B and C would all require area and lot widtii variances, but the <br />S^emng ‘ <br />inerefore.
