The entire
original parcel is 42.7 acres in area. The proposal consists of splitting
off 8 acres which would remain as the site for the existing dwelling. Hie
remaining 34.7 acres would be left as the site for a new home. The access
to the new Iiouse would branch off the existing private driveway.
This division is not too comi'Jlex so detailed surveys were not required.
Mr. Harrison assures me all setback reejuirements will be met. We would have
to have a survey of that area before we could issue a building permit, however,
as we \A)uld have to confirm these setbacks.
A Park Dedication Fee of $500 ($250 per lot) would be forthcoming.
PIATaNC.
